Things we have leraned from this thread:

1. Leader assigned loot sucks.

2. Don't fuck buffalo.

3. Just because you watched it die, doesnt mean it wasn't exploited. How fucking dumb do people have to be to think that? There is so much shit behind the scenes that all you newbs can barely scratch the surface of whats going on in encounters.

4. Aftermath is a complete and utter joke. But can everyone blame them? If i was in a guild that never had any chance of doing anything worth noting I would have done the same thing. Just for a little taste of what it feels like for just 1 person, maybe just one person some respect and for that feeling of accomplishment.

As far as that goes AM has also tainted everyone elses fucking kill. It is virtually impossible to prove or disprove that this kind of exploit had taken place. And everyone had known about it for some time. Shit we saw that occuring long before anyone had killed it. Hopefully it wasnt our people that let this shit outa the bag for it to be abused. Shit I know for a fact CL knew about it as well.

This whole thread was utter bullshit from the first post. You take a guild clawing in order to even be seen as a top 5 guild WW after just falling off the face of the Planet in EoF and rebounding from scandal in KoS. This was their one chance to be seen as something, so even after discussion of the encounter, which led to a general consensus that these sort of encounters were not health for the game or even game balance for that matter, it was glorified in a way to depict that this encounter could only be beaten by the elite. In fact, this encounter didnt take the hours upon hours of testing that was implied those hours were cooked more than the books of enron. Seriously why test when you have already been told by the SOE employee in your guild when things will be fixed and what is causing what in the encounter. At that point its execution, not testing. The reason it took that month period for it to be killed was plain and simple. The options were recruit tons of healers, lvl up healer alts, exploit, or any combination there of.

I know 2 guilds exploited, ive got an idea another one did, but then again it will only take something of this magnitude to prove it so I never really threw much a shit fit about it. But now everyone know this is real and people screaming to high heaven about this werent full of shit.

this is a situation where its impossible to prove without things such as earlier evidence given. you could even be watching them as many have seen and not realized what was going on. screen shots cant help in this situation, even the parses dont even have to be doctored to make it look legit. its gonna take something or someone just coming forward admitting it or stubmling upon a member admitting it.

Berrykiss, while guilded with us, was (I'm being serious) a really nice girl. She really shouldn't have to have her name thrown in this shit hole with her boyfriend, but I guess it's the price you pay for having an internet boyfriend who goes above and beyond the call of duty in getting his girlfriend loot in a raiding guild.

So, there it is, in all it's glory. Inside joke is now an outside joke and AM still exploited AoM. YAY

Just a quick clarification...Berry would have gotten the item regardless of what Lepios said. With most all officer-related calls members are not there to hear everything that goes into the call. In this odd case, Psykil's wife had just had a kid and Grind was gone...because no healers were in on the item I dragged them and Vsai (a prior officer) into a channel to discuss the call. In reviewing the factors in the call Lepios made a statement that I'm sure he wished he could have taken back, but it was not what determined the call. Everyone in the channel agreed Berry should get the item.

IMO berry is a good dirge, a reliable guildie and was always nice to me...which puzzled me to no end how she ended up with Lepios.
