You are probably right in a way, but if you go that far, then the same thing could be said about every single mob in every single game. Especially in instances where no one can watch you. There's always the possibility for something "behind the scene" that would be hardly noticeable outside of the raid and would make the fight much easier in a non legit way. Looks like proving a legit kill is now totally impossible!

It didn't matter until now because everything was easy enough, but in RoK if there are a few mobs that are really hard, it will be the same thing again, people accusing others of exploiting/cheating without knowing how, just to discredit their kills, and then saying, "well sorry but you can't prove you killed it legit in any way". And of course everyone will believe the accusers!
That's getting quite funny to be honest, and I don't really care, I actually totally understand your post and can't disagree with it.

Oh and one thing to keep in mind though, and I'm not specifically talking about AM or the AoM here, but if anything "proving" a legit kill can be falsified/doctored like you said, any kind of accusation of exploiting can be too. So, I guess nothing's for sure unless the guild admits it. And you can't also deny that providing screens/videos/logs of the fight greatly reduce the possibilities for the kill to be illegitimate.

Just my 2 *lengthy* cents! Have fun.

For the exploit of Sorcerers this isn't necessarily true. All it would take is showing a parse that includes how many Sorcerers you killed and their AE repeatedly hitting the raid.

Could it be faked? Sure, if you felt like taking a ton of time editing shit.

The other exploit I keep hearing about, that would be extremely difficult to prove.
