all that said, you should just hope that your precious servers don't melt in the fires.

My god, if splitpaw melted in the san diego fires we would, indeed, all be fucked. That would be one big scary fire.

Hmmm I remember a couple of times this has happened over the last 3 years...
and I for one am used to having to pull down my pants and bend over for SOEs incompetence and take it rectally.

It's really annoying, but what can you do... write on the forum, send /feedback or talk with CSR ... hasn't worked this far, SOE just blames someone else when they are the only ones with any sort of power to fix the situation, we sure as hell can't. We can just live with it or move on, as some of you so eloquently has suggested.

And if SOE wants to distribute their game to the EU (which they themselves choose to do) should they send us a lower quality product, is that in their best interest, isn't custumer satisfaction in their best interest.

If I go to a restaurant where I had to wait for hours, even though there are open tables, the waitstaff was rude and the service was generally shitty and when I complain to the manager they don't even reply... I don't care how good the food is, I'm not going back.

so is EU getting patch in 6 hours or i heard they pushed it back to 31st? halloween? kinda sucks if so going to miss the in-game trick or treats, now that appearance slots i want a few masks
