I tried voicing disgust on official forums.. they keep getting locked and posts deleted.

I agrree that it should have been witheld till all were ready... or at least within 24 hours of each other.. it really is not fair i hope they learn a lesson from this

oh im not sure, if this has been posted yet, but SOE decided to delay LU39 till oct 31th (!!!)
and the halloween stuff wont be live till then

next thing i could imagine would be SoE sayin, hey, theres like localization problems, RoK will be delayed till 2008.. hooray..

on a sidenote: that is not even uncommon. asian players got the last WoW-expansion 6 months after evryone else (no, _I_'m not playing wow, no need to flame :P)

Yes I found it amazing that there were no complaints on the official forums, so it appears they police them like a dictatorship!

like anyone still has a delusion that the official forums aren't run like a dictatorship after 3 years (not sure how it was before launch, would supprise me if they deleted posts pre-launch about bugs they didn't want to hear about, although perhaps the Nazi's weren't in power then)

they delayed gu 39 before the fires,
grimwell posted after the should have been live date that it would be late,
during the fires they managed to post in french and japanese language about the delay,
they also managed to patch lon and notd on us servers...

ohh wait... threads pointing that out get locked by nazi mods and if you get called a cold hearted asshole...

i seriously hope americans have a better understanding now why their reputation is dropping....

What amazes me is the US servers had the Halloween patch go live, and Splitpaw (dunno about any of the other EU servers) had an hours downtime on Saturday iirc for a fix to the mail system.
