Yep, Blizzard Euro patches are usually about a week behind as well. Though I do remember Europeans got the C'Thun nerf 6 hours before us :p

You've gotta be a douche if you think American = English and there is 0 localization done between the two.

Hell, some companies go as far as to localize for Canadian, Australian, British, and American English.

Oh yeah, and I'm sure you not getting the updates on the English-Euro servers has a lot more to do with rolling out the patch on the Euro Patch servers than whether or not ONE specific type of Euro server is correct. Kinda stupid to roll out 1 version for English Europeans and another version for everyone else....not good customer service will come from that.
