as for the fire and such, gu39 was delayed before the fire was there, so one has nothing to do with the other, its only the 3rd delay thats because of the fire, the first 2 delays had nothing to do with the fire.

as for localization, the german translation of the game is so crap that you cant really call the german servers german anyway, so, its the fucking worst excuse ever they could have picked for the delay. something along the line of "we wanted to test how far we can go" would have been more honest. soe never gave a fuck about the quality of the german translation.

and trust me, the files on the uk servers are not localized in any form.

Not to incur the wrath of the indignant but perhaps some here might wanna look up the definition of racist before tossing the term around.

I doesn't do anyone any good by taking a discussion and making it "Americans suck" thread, particularly when you are trying to appeal to an American based company. Just a thought. ;)
