Their development staff may be all for making fun games, however when their manager goes into the meeting room with the guys in the dark suits he is coming out with directives that make the company money. In this case it translates to supporting their primary customer base first. When european numbers compare or out number american subs then you'll see service, until then be happy with what you have cause it could be worse.
