Yes they should. a Gu shouldnt go Live before its ready to go on all server that are in the same GU at this time, I know some Japanese servers are more behind but they are also behind on Expansion packs or Later released then us for some reason.

This is not my view, for the most part I am quite happy to get it the morning after the US servers get it due to the fact when the US servers get patched it is during our peak time and thus our nights gaming is compromised, and I have become accustomed to it.

The thing is, is the GUs will always be built for the US servers first because the US servers make up the bulk of the players. Once they are done, alterations will be made to suit the needs and requirements of the foreign servers. There just really isn't any way around that, and such is the nature of playing games that are produced outside ones home country.

I dunno who here has played say, Japanese games, but the same applies. They cater to their local fanbase first, then worry about US and Euro countries second.

I think its more about soe being seen to do the job in a timely and professional fashion, and to not appear as if the non continental us servers are somehow less important.

Euro servers, whether they speak English or not, are supported by Ubisoft, correct?

Do you really think Ubi-soft should be trying to teach all of their GMs to support 2 different versions at the same time? Have you ever seen what an internal Wiki looks like to these guys with just the current patch's information in it?

Cool your heels and stop the wheels. Read a bit, you may actually learn something. Would suck for a GM in Europe to support 2 server versions at once, and that is a MAJOR reason why companies like SOE don't do roll-outs piece-meal.
