Thats is truely a impressive statment to make, i just lost some faith in the US people by looking at shit, jeez wake up and smell the coffee.

The tread is about why the eng. servers have to sit wait for update, because the French and Germans are in need of translatetion.

As someone who recently transferred from a US server (Kithicor) to Splitpaw (English EU), I can tell you there's a lot more wrong with this server than just late patching. The instability was the first thing that caught my attention. I never crashed on Kith, I get dumped to character select every other zone on SP. CTD once or twice a day, never saw that at all on Kithicor.

The language on SP is exactly the same as on Kithicor. Why do people think the English servers get translated to British English? They don't, it's the same American-English as on the US servers.

I totally see Hux's point. This server is identical to the US servers (at least the content is). Whatever beauracratic bs (Ubisoft/SoE blah blah) holds back the patching for SP and RE, it shouldn't be there. It's crap service whoever is responsible, I'm sure everyone can appreciate that.

Apart from the brain dead comments like the one above. (So glad that it isn't indicative of the general US population.) It seems some of you have taken comments about SOE and their recent treatment of RE and SP as personal attacks against the entire US. The last time i checked SOE isn't the USA and therefore some of the comments made are completely out of order. Also certain people that have posted need to learn their world history cos your coming out with a load of rubbish.

We couldn't give a shit about getting patches a day later than the US servers.. we're used to it and don't have a problem with it. There is no localisation or translation used on these two servers. We get the same text, chat etc as you guys and gals in the US.

The issue we have is both are English speaking servers, as are the US servers.. therefore one would have though that due to translation for the French, German and Russian servers would have been a seperate update to the English servers.

TBH i couldn't give a toss about the update i wouldn't have been going into SOF till after the expansion anyway so this has no bearing on my gaming.

What I do give a toss about is the fact that the CR manager didn't know that we were english speaking servers. Grimwell has, to his credit, tried to make up for this. Unfortunatley Gnorbil is destroying his hard work though and should just leave it to Grimwell or get a clue on what customer relations are.
