btw, does Profit Reborn do that cool persona background automatically from your class? That's pretty cool right there. I'll have to sign back up or remember my eq2interface login and give that UI a shot later.

I tryed Vert Reborn since I use to use Vert in EQ1 but had a hellish time with getting things to fit using 1280X1050 resolution so I gave up.

Anyone using Profit run in widescreen? How does it look/fit?

Yes it does the background for your class automatically all you have to do is download the main add on thingy, and it changes it for each class. I have used Profit in widescreen, and it is even better imo. I no longer have my 23 inch widescreen lcd tv though, because FedEx "mysteriously" misplaced it about an hour before it reached my home when I moved cross country earlier in the year.

Fetish Nightfall also has the cure by clicking feature. Its pretty nifty, and I even use it as a mage

Thanks for the recommend on Profit UI. Very nice layout and it came with a settings file premade for 1280X1050 widescreen!! Instructions were simple, I even added the class background images. Looks and works awesome.

Only thing I had to do was reverse the hotkey bars since I am used to having my #1 bar at the bottom going up to 4. I am not used to having that many tabs so I moved come chat stuff to a more general chat tab and removed the few I'm not using.

Meh, why does everyone use a custom UI.

Default is far better than any of the ones currently out.

I never liked any custom UI until now. ProfitUI is definately better then the default, for me.

I have used Profit and Thor, but use Thor more often then not.

Default isn't bad at all, and I Hear performance is probably better using it, but I just have got used to thor myself. (and profit for a couple alts)

I used the default UI up until about two weeks or so ago.

I am perpetually lost and the eq2 maps feature is like ... I can't even describe how awesome it is for me.

There's a lot that I like about the Fetish Nightfall UI. And for those who know me well, no, it isn't just that it's purple.

I have a LOT more room on my screen because I can customize the size of my hotbars and all of my other windows are smaller. It makes the game feel bigger for me.

The quest journal is another BIG plus for me. I've got my quest steps and information side by side with my quest list as opposed to underneath. Less scrolling and less confusion.

I've never before used a custom UI, and I really didn't understand the point. Then I gave it a try because so many people I knew raved about it. I figured, I can't knock it without having tried it... and now I'm converted.

Actually i found my performance increased when i switched from Thor to Fetish.
