I just got in after a bunch of failed logins, and although only my sarnak was showing in character select drop down, I was actually copied over (after /beta 'ing last night when the list went up). Might want to double check full into char select

Sometimes you have to create a sarnak to see the copy

create a character on beta, then log on the new toon, camp to charac select screen, that should refresh your charact listing.
i know it worked for me in EoF beta?

Yes - /add betas are done every day (they say)
Yes - /add beta works
No - it wont happen the day after you /beta add
Yes - it may take a little bit for the queue to hit your toon
Yes - be patient. it will happen.
Yes - creating a sarnark character SEEMS to help refresh list
