Played in a good handful of pick-up raids already, tanked for a raid alliance composed of conflicting interests from many guilds, so I am also used to a mixed bag of comrades. Have tanking/raiding experience from a PVP one-faction side as well, so I am used to raiding with extra challenge.
I'm a bit of a mechanics fiend, so I like to analyze information as well if you're looking for players that crunch numbers. I've written a handful of guides many of which have been or are involved in stickies on the official EQ2 forums.

Some raid leadership experience, mostly in timing pulls, keeping the raid moving in the zone and also in calling DPS/etc.
