Will you later admit you were in beta and it was your decision to say you were not ?

Your response was much more clever than mine would have been.
I would have just straight out called him a liar.

Re: Who is better
hilarious AM who hasn't gotten a WW kill in a year vs Second Dawn and Strike. Disso was good no doubt but Ishbu was a leader. You can't deny that he was a very big contributer to the disso rep and leadership. (not to down AM <3 , no </3) but their aren't even many top guilds left competing.

Re: Who is better
Competition doesn't mean much when encounters go from hard to trivial depending on the day of the week. EoF was a huge step back (for raiders) after the masterpiece that was Fallen Dynasty.

I thought this was funny and just had to comment at the end of a night of partying rofles.
KYEs you "claimed" ww 3rd to clear eof.
After w/e French fucks claimed ww1st on the expansion everyone stopped posting avatar kills. And after most guilds had killed avatar of flames in 3 minuets and beaten the expansion it was given that it was the farm stage of the expansion. And until everyone started getting the new zones and AoM did it pick up on a WW competition scale. So to say you were 3rd WW on EoF is bold and something your guild says to themselves late at night waiting to one day be recognized as a guild that can "hang". Don't worry I'm not picking on anyone there are like 10 guilds in the top 20 doing the same thing. But to say you WW1sted avatars. Impossible mobs. Geared out the fastest. Pulled off amazing cleaver tactics, is stretching it much if you really think you are 3rd....
Disso pulled so many mobs to 30% BEFORE they got nurfed. And most top guilds didnt even go after mobs past 2 days if they didnt think they were killable. After they were killed. They killed them shortly after. Hince. Disso (secret) killed flame, SD killed Flame, strike killed flame. or Strike killed war, SD next day killed war, AM killed war like 5 min after SD.
I don't ever remember Defiance pulling off kills like that but I do remember maybe a WW4th. But making brief spurts of sucess into you being remotely in the ball park of game starting competitive guilds like. AM, Disso, SD, NPU, Strike, CL, and hell lets throw in Fable because I think they are still ranked higher then Defiance. I can only compare ranking to football, if the time that kills occurred were compared to strength of schedule. You might have won. You might have won often. But strength of schedule sucked and ur not going to the national championship because your not championship material. No one cares you competed against and went 10-2 against San Jose State and Navy but if you constantly beat top guilds and frequently compete against the best for 1st or 2nd spot kills will you ever be considered good. LoL for lots of love its 3:48 and im still drunk
w/e I was banking on no one reading anything I said If I made this long w/e az will bring it up and friends will laugh maybe w/e night sleep time

I hope your not as ignorant when you're sober!
Given, Ultor is a complete retard for putting any stock in clearing the Avatars. The fact still remains that Avatar of Fear is the hardest encounter in EoF and Defiance was the 3rd (or 4th) guild to kill it. Do we claim game wide supremacy? No, but it's still a considerable feat. And in my opinion (along with other factors) definitely puts us top 10. What you probably fail to realize is that 98% of Defiance's roster have join dates of 6 months or less. We've undergone a complete transformation from the top down and in no way resemble the guild that existed in the beginning of EoF. We're up and coming for sure but we have a lot of recent achievements to bring the the credibility table.
I can't remember the last thing AM killed without controversy, or CL. No offense to either but obviously there is a lot of parity once you escape the SD/NPU/Disso tier. Hopefully there will be better measuring sticks in RoK although the taint of being a beta guild I'm sure will linger for many of your "top 10".
EDIT: PS. SoN? Are you kidding! And Fable hasn't been the same since they lost their raid leader. (What was that Troubs name? He owned.)
I imagine I'd go something like this (considering current roster):
1. NPU 2. Disso/SD 3. AM/Strike 4. everyone else

Wait you say that killing avatars is not worth anything, then you claim killing the "hard"(all personal opinion of course I think fear is one of the easiest avatars atm) one is?
Though lets be honest competition in this game is nearly non existent, with constant stealth nerfs, random spawns and many other factors it just doesn't even matter any more.
