Its supposed to be that way.
Shitty programming and testing is the reason why they don't.
I bet raid mobs in RoK will have non lockable adds. Oh wait, the same avatars are in RoK. Hooray for broken shit before its released.

Oh you didn't know? Most of the Devs are too busy raiding these days to work on content. If they went to work, they wouldn't be available for contested calls.

Did you think that maybe they wanted to keep a few things (epics/avatars) under wraps? Just because you're in beta doesn't mean they have to give you everything.

Why is anybody talking about what is or is not in Beta? Wasn't LFG VERY clear that whether you saw it or not, is irrelevant. Do not repeat what you've even heard about Beta here. Even though you might not be subject to the NDA, LFG is not going to risk a relationship with SOE because people want to discuss what supposedly is happening in Beta.
