I think there are new mounts for both level 70 AND level 80. There were some mid-priced ones that cost much less than the high end ones, but more than the current level 60 choices.

The new mistrunners have a dark-colored horse instead of a white one, and don't look as slick IMO.

yea uh this would be really nice to know hehe. one can assume though, that since it would be a tier out of place and thus trivial, that it will in fact be a normal raid zone for 80s raiders, probably similar to throne room
