People are blowing this change completely out of all proportion. Take a look at the set gear that's been released, notice what it's got lots of? Double attack and crits.
The sky is not falling.

I wouldn't really call 7% double attack and 7% crits a lot when compared to 2% from racials. In fact, having the 2% crit or double attack racial is like adding a 30% bonus to your set's crit or double attack.
Also, if 2% is "insignificant" than why do 90+% of raid geared fighters and scouts use Earring of the League Guardians and Bracelet of the League Guardians for the solo purpose of getting 2% crits?
Anyway you try to break it down, 2% is still a pretty big deal.

Re: Best race for each class?
Also, the 25% increase to poison triggers is a pretty big deal when you have raid crafted poisons that are the best in the game and on short supply.
This trait doesn't seem to be getting a lot of attention, but I know if I was a predator or rogue and I chose a race that didn't get this, I'd be fucking pissed.

Notice what it doesn't have a lot of? Effects that aren't more powerful than the previous best instanced piece of gear in that slot.

It's funny, as a Fury I spent 25 AA's to get 45% in-combat runspeed and it generated about a bazillion threads about how in-combat runspeed was overpowered. The Dev's nerfed all in-combat runspeed except racial traits, now they give a freebie 50% in-combat runspeed that requires ZERO AA's and it's somehow not overpowered? WTF?!?!?!
OK, that wasn't enough, I had Pact of the Cheetah, which gave me a temporary 56% in-combat runspeed buff, it's a level 39 spell, enhancable via AA's, yet it was so overpowered in PvP they DISABLED THE SPELL ENTIRELY. So yeah, I'm hella pissed that they just screwed me over in favor of a kerran/sarnak ... all this talk of dark elves being overpowerd, F that, gimme my fugging in-combat runspeed back and eliminate all this racial runspeed stuff, it's OVERPOWERED IN PVP.
I came to play PvP, not to play EverRUNAWAY!

I think you are going to see a lot of Humans as harvesting bots now with new .5s reduction to all harvesting skills.

Kall its already been stated that its a 25% increase to the # of triggers.
So instead of 100 triggers, it now has 125 triggers. So there's no increase to the actually proc rate.

Hi Retard, gaining 37 triggers from a 150 trigger stack of Tenders is pretty fucking amazing considering.
