The ratonga raid tank is still fine. I remember back in eq I was in a guild with a wood elf warrior as the raid tank in a game dominated by ogre, troll and barbarian tanks. Those races had huge advantages with frontal stun immunity. The wood elf still did well though at high end raids and in my opinion was one of the better tanks I met in that game. He was just really good at that class and thats all that mattered.
The same holds true today. Sure the ogre gets some stun immunity but its not going to suddenly make your raids win a fight or anything. The extra hit points the tanking races got looks nice on paper but they were already getting that in the past anyways so nothing has really changed in that regard.
