Default RoK instances

Hi all,
First post here. I looked around the forums for anything about the heroic instances in RoK but had no luck. Could someone tell me a bit about them. What is the best instance to start RoK please? My regular group is level 70 with most of us maxed on AA points. Thank you.

Instances or dungeons? Big difference. The first thing anyone should do is find out where the Sokokar quests start and get going on those. There is a dungeon not far from Kylong Docks (it's straight out from the docks actually) that is called Karnor's Castle... yes KC... yes there will be trains.

As far as dungeons go, I'm not really sure about 70s, but once you get around level 75, Jarsath wastes has some great lvl 75ish content in the Howling Stones area. Also, the Fens of Nathsar and Kunzar Jungle is good around this level. Especially near Sebilis. Sebilis will be the new Palace of Awakened / Sanctum of Scaleborn for those leveling up.

There's the Castle in Kylong, and Chardok in Kylong by Jarsath. Sebilis which is in the Jungle(I've heard there is also an instance in here)... Those were the only dungeons that I found. There are a couple instances in Jarsath's, but those are high 70's...

There is an entire dungeon in Sebellis with an instance inside called the crypt of Agony.

Karnor's castle, Chardok, Charasis and Sebilis are not instanced? Jeez...
Who did ever think shared dungeons are fun?

Well, what I was really looking for was instances, but as I understand it, the instances in ROK are rather higher than a group of 70s could handle. I guess we will visit KC for old train's . .time's sake, and get some exp. Then we'll move on. Thank you for the assist gang.
