The SOE boards are a joke, everyone knows they are a joke. Traffic hardly ever moves there; anyone with anything meaningful to say has already split for these boards. And that's fine by me... you simply can't have any kind of rational discussion over there anyway.

If they were smart they'd just shut it down and let the fan forums roll. Letting retards run the web PR is hurting them more than killing it completely.

Funny stuff.

It would take all of 15 minutes before people started bitching that they had no access to upcoming patch notes, downtimes, etc.

If you want to experience true bias.. head over to Stratics where the mods allow their in game buddies to troll and rape the ToS daily and then ban anyone that complains.

IMO.. allowing the Fan Sites to carry the load is not the answer. It'll just make it worse. I like it the way it is now.. I can get official announcements at SOE and ignore all the bullshit like newbs hitting the "New Post" button with questions that have already been asked and answered 3x that day already and are still fresh on the first page.

But, I can still come here or to any of the other fan sites and speak my mind without risking my access to the SOE forums or even the game.
