Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sony,

While Karnors was fun at first beating peopels to discos and such two things caught my eye that are worthy of extreme wrath.

The Undead Jailor and the named Ghost near him.

Named, that drop NO LOOT. I assume both are for the quest line, I know for sure the Jailor is, what really gets me though is both these named HAVE PLACE HOLDERS and guess what the place holder for the Jailor does not update the quest.

Camping is back ladies and gentlemen and its a pain in the fucking ass as allways. Especially since you arent even rewarded with PHAT loots for your trouble.

P.S. please add more script to the Xelgoz encounter, he needs to give a slight hint on how to beat him... just a slight one, it was fun figuring out how to make him stop healing /nod.

P.P.S WTF was beta for? when something this basic got completly over looked?

I guess I was kinda confused on the no loot concept. Is this a new feature? I think off about 5-6 named we got nada for loot. This must be the new cool thing all the kids are talkin about nowadays.

its reatdedly dumb, the only named we got loot off was Xalgoz in the basement, both times we killed him. Xalgoz does not have a PC btw, just a longer spawn timer. like 2 hours.

I think most the named in karnors are for quests, yet they have place holders...

oh geez. This makes sense now. They are making it so all the contested quest npcs don't drop chests to discourage people that farm and try to make plat and get thier guildies spell upgrades don't prevent other people from getting updates.

Did that many people really whine about this to become such a big issue they've decided to design zone content and loot around people that cry about how someone was camping a named? I thought they fixed this in places like SoS and made it so you can get updates off of PH's. Same with Castle Lagmore.

Contested dungeons hardly had a problem with unlegit plat farmers, only named in overland zones did. So, if the change was for the later, this solves nothing. All this change did was make it so after someone has completed the zone, they will never ever go back there again, ever. WTG on making content that won't even matter anymore prior to the next tier unless they force you to go there over and over with dumb quests that become even more discouraging because there is close to no chance on receiving any sort of loot to compensate your time. Heck, at least when you had to do qeynos claymore, you'd run accross a good run of legendary/treasures with some masters mixed in while you were running the questline.

Bad decision imho.

this could really be easily attributed to many of the loot tables being unitemized from an unfinished expansion.

it could also be they will never drop loot like you say, but it wouldnt be the first time they rushed content and didnt add the "unessecary" parts of the expansion until later.
