National Plans on Cell phones ftw. I got nailed on this shit too. Their online support is like talking to a stuffed animal, but their phone CS has improved quite a lot since the EQ1 days, at least in my eyes.

My status on the charge is (pending) so I guess i can't really bitch, however I have never had an issue like someone pointed out where they just don't take the money... seems kinda stupid to me! Oh well, so I can't be a first to 80 or whatever, but crap at least it gives me a lil break before I get all gakked out to grind both adv/ts out.

Case in point their CS is fine in most aspects, at least they answer the phone eventually. But I would personally avoid any internet support for CS only true Tech things.
