Life sucks, kid. Get a helmet... and then hit someone with it.

The only times I ever got pissed with SoE was back in EQ1 and then here in EQ2, I thought a GM would contact me in game if I petitioned, so I always thought they were ignoring me until I found that "Service History" page.

There was a time, however, when Fungie was unhappy with how he was treated by a company. Fungie figured they would care more about their customers if their customers showed up at their headquarters late at night with a can of gas. In the end, Fungie decided against it, but Fungie is fucking crazy enough to do it.

Most credit cards have some kind of purchase protection built in, at least any worth their salt does. You might try contacting your credit card company and dispute the charges if SoE doesn't resolve its soon.

Just an idea....

Yup yup. I work for the second largest credit card company and if you do not receive the product or service you paid for you are not responsible for the charges.

However, keep in mind the dispute process can take up to 90 days to process. And, unless the charge was fraudulent, you're likely to get your access to the expansion or a refund directly from SOE sooner.

Your phone is busy, might want to work on that. Been calling for 30 minutes straight, you can have millions of people connect to games at over 15 dollars each per month, yet not have enough connections to handle the problems when someone has their money taken, get no receipt, and no product for which they paid. Furthermore, no way to contact anyone so far. We have tried this chat support both ingame and in internet explorer, hope this works this time (try number 8 for chat support, by the way my wife is in tears over this).

UPDATE: (1:45PM EST) Phone still busy, every time I submit a chat support request it pops up a window with a tree icon in the url bar (http://liveca07.custhelp.com/servlet/LiveThin7000)

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Screw it, im trying email support now. This is being documented as I intend to submit it to the Better Business Bureau. You have taken my money, and I am unable to even contact SOE. As Justin Timberlake said: "I'm tired of you technology, why can't you just sit down and talk with me?".

I got jacked! lol Watch out with a digital buying on Station.com, they'll take your money, and you get to joust with automated responses, busy phone numbers, and a customer support system that crashes every time you attempt to use it.

If SOE had only one million users, at 15 dollars a month they clear 15 million a month. 3 yrs = 540 million dollars. I can assure you they are making WAY more then that. Yet in return I get no service whatsoever when trouble arrises. I have to jump through hoops everytime over the smallest inconvenience, and this case has now done it.

Anyone else get fucked by SOE customer support lately?
Same shit happened to me. They say you can use a debit Visa, it goes through to the bank but keeps telling you "invalid" so you run it 90 fucking times and they get the money but you get no service.
