Attempted to submit this
Im gonna just paste and let you read:
Yesterday I bought RoK on my account and today I went to buy it for my wife. Station.com said it failed, we tried to check the info and resubmit four times. Here's what happened.
My mastercard shows two withdrawals for 39.99, one yesterday 11/13/07 7:19pm (my account ######) and one today for 39.99 today 11/14/07 11:33am and four $1.00 withdrawals afterwards. My wife's account "#########" was not updated to reflect the purchase, and does not have RoK on her account.
I spent the last hour stuffing money into my phone for a long distance call to the number listed on the credit card. SOE Subscriptions: 858-537-0898 Time spent: 6 calls totalling over 22 minutes.
This is completely unacceptable. Please fix this situtation, ASAP. I am sitting here at the computer waiting for SOE to refund the four one dollar transactions!?! and flag account "#######" with RoK as I have already paid for it!! (1:05pm EST)

Your phone is busy, might want to work on that. Been calling for 30 minutes straight, you can have millions of people connect to games at over 15 dollars each per month, yet not have enough connections to handle the problems when someone has their money taken, get no receipt, and no product for which they paid. Furthermore, no way to contact anyone so far. We have tried this chat support both ingame and in internet explorer, hope this works this time (try number 8 for chat support, by the way my wife is in tears over this).

UPDATE: (1:45PM EST) Phone still busy, every time I submit a chat support request it pops up a window with a tree icon in the url bar (

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
Screw it, im trying email support now. This is being documented as I intend to submit it to the Better Business Bureau. You have taken my money, and I am unable to even contact SOE. As Justin Timberlake said: "I'm tired of you technology, why can't you just sit down and talk with me?".

I got jacked! lol Watch out with a digital buying on Station.com, they'll take your money, and you get to joust with automated responses, busy phone numbers, and a customer support system that crashes every time you attempt to use it.
If SOE had only one million users, at 15 dollars a month they clear 15 million a month. 3 yrs = 540 million dollars. I can assure you they are making WAY more then that. Yet in return I get no service whatsoever when trouble arrises. I have to jump through hoops everytime over the smallest inconvenience, and this case has now done it.
Anyone else get fucked by SOE customer support lately?
