u cant go by # of ww firsts purely, u have to consider how quickly it was cleared by others and in what ways the encounters changed. thats why dmp was a better marker really than anything in tier5, but with regards to thaen sotl and baow specifically all got changed quickly and all were killed quickly by many across all servers so the first to do those doesnt seem near as prominent in my mind.

Yes, but the point I was making is Ascendance had consistancy, which in my mind makes them the best T5 guild. Consistancy is something a lot of guilds lack currently. Maybe there is more competition now, I don't know.

Thanks for linking the Ascendance, Bloodlines thing. I thought they had 1st on that, not FoH.

You cant go by anything other than if the guild had Ishbu in there or not.

Well, if you look at the date on the Gift of Crystanos thing there are quite a few servers who got the gift the same day or within the next day or two. I think T5 had more competition WW, but nobody really talked about it.

Anyone ever wonder why Ascendence is the only guild to ever get their guild published on EQ2players for raid lore ?

Because they were the first guild to kill said encounters? Not a tough one really, unless you were looking for some kind of beta/dev conspiricy?

What I am trying to say is, why is it there are no lore given to other kills? No lore was given to the Matron, Taranix, Chel Drek, God King, DMP, etc.

Because the Dev's have given up on lore, like every other aspect of the game? Maybe it's because they are too busy posting in NGD or playing WoW to worry about important things.

It's because their kills were for adv packs, they got frontpage for both Bloodlines and Splitpaw. The only comparable encounter would be for killing Chel'Drak but I guarantee the only reason it wasn't done for NPU was because people bitched too much the other times.
