how many times did they complete the quest 'properly'? It's been mentioned before, if you only did it once you haven't been rolled back.

The person in question is awaiting a reply to a petition. So hopefully he will be restored.

LOL... nowhere did I say ALL elite raiders... I did say they have an incentive to rush to 80, and Diany's remarks about rushing to 80 only back that up.

Nowhere did I say everybody in these guilds, or even all of these guilds in any way shape or for, were involved. I pointed to TWO in particular... one where the offending party was SUSPENDED and one where a fellow guild member told his guildmates that it was an exploit and they should not do it... but they persisted anyway.

I think those of you lashing back so vehemently are really trying to hide something. You are arguing semantics on "repeatable" even though the quest acted like no other repeatable quest that I recall. You make wild accusations like anybody who did this quest got rolled back, yet we have people who have done the quest once who said nope they didn't get rolled back. So who got rolled back? The people who got excessive xp off of a bugged quest who should have known better. I guess that is what really gets to me, they claim to be experts at this game, but they sure can play the ignorant and aggrieved card oh so well when it suits their purposes.

Flame the fuck away... I know they're wrong, they know they're wrong, SOE knows they're wrong. Upon review some of the rollbacks are being reversed, some no doubt will not be. And that is the way it should work. If you are deemed innocent, you get it back. If you are guilty, you pay and should pay with more than a loss of xp or a week suspension. Was SOE heavy handed in how they did this, maybe. The other alternative was to rollback the server and fuck every one... not an option, or immediately lock every suspected person's account down and review them one at a time. At least this way you are playing pending review... yeah it still sucks. But how would you have liked your account being locked down for a week, reviewed and then concluded you weren't going to be suspended but you would lose your xp... guess what you did get suspended through the loss of your account for that week.

Here's a wild idea, don't fuck around and SOE won't have a chance to be heavy handed.

Finally got a reply from customer service today saying they're investigating etc. At least there's hope. There's no reason to keep the rollback since I wasn't abusing anything, maybe got a total of 50% (purely off the quest, not counting the mobs I killed near harvestables). Took me some 10 hours in total! After I completed the quest for the iksar city I wish I hadn't wasted all that time. Little did I know I'd lose even more time

And I don't exactly stare at the exp bar to see how much each quest is giving exp, sigh.
