TBH with how easy it is to get fabled/masters now all I see is just a bigger disparity in player skill.

I like how in some games when you see a high level or ranking person, You know they have to be good ( with some exceptions of course ) Right off the bat you kno that person A who has item B , put a shit ton of work to get it, and is at the very least above decent skillwise.

In eq2 this is not the case, people claiming to have 90% masters and/or 90% fabled are doing worse then ppl who use all adept3s and/or treasured/legendary gear.

With RoK and epics tho, this might soon change, but we never know /shrug.

Lets not also forget the fact that even some fabled gear lacks in potential compared to treasured gear ( planar orbs anyone? )

All of these I feel contribute to the disparity in player skill @ end game. ( and by end game i mean solo, group, and raid content )
