Default To Buy EoF or Not to Buy?

For all the people in Beta, is EoF worth the money? Is it worth the time?

Is there anyway to add a "Pending reason stated below" option? Like, pending they fix XYZ. Currently leaning towards "might as well buy it"

I'm going to get my 35$ worth and then reevaluate if EQ2 is the place for me.

And by 35$ worth, I mean, I'll be rolling a Fae.

Well so far from what I am reading, EoF is just another let down. People believed DoF would renew interests in EQ2, it did for a very short period of time. Then KOS, was fun at first, but eventually grew old. Most of the patches towards raiders were to fix the current raid zones or even add ones which should have orginally been in game. So, in the end, EoF doesn't sound much better so far.

It is a toss up for me atm. I need to see more to really get an idea since I have only been in beta since last Monday. That said, the artwork and zones look nice, but I really need to see if it has enough content to keep me happy to justify the purchase. From what I see so far though I am leaning against, but since I havent made up my mind for sure I did not vote.

I liked it. I mean, I guess I had my eyes blinded by a the fae nation and that's why. I hardly did anything with my main, but chat with other people when I recognized their mains...lol. But even though questing is questing and crafting is crafting, I still had a ball. It was like starting over, everybody was chattin and jokin around about being stuck, being lost, having to /feedback and /bug. It was hilarious. It was pretty cool to walk up to a dwarf and be the smallest of the two and to jump off a flower that's bigger'n you. To have your pet be the same size as you...lol. Whereas I got tired of my frog like the day I made it, I never got tired of my fae. I do believe people will try to go all clever-fae-namin crazy. And alot of those people who say they're not gonna get a fae will wind up getting one just for the experience.

Voted no

Purely because I hate the new 'tradeskill' (harvesting) content.
