I just finished this quest line and all I have to say to SOE is WTF were you thinking?

Ok this is by far the hardest of the quest lines for the Avatars, Great I love a challange. I dont want this quest to be nerfed or changed I just wished the other Avatars were in line with the challange I had to endure. All of this just to get the WW2nd on this damn cloak. Yeah I lost the WW1st to my duo friend by 5 seconds, anyhow.

We started this on Tuesday night opening day got a shit tons of WW1st on the way but was only abel to do the first 3 quests with ease. It was buggy as hell on capturing the ghosts so we decided to call it, we went back wed, thru, fri... finally friday it was fixed to be finished. What's this even more shit to do ok. So it took us a whole night (give er take 2 hours) learning how to spawn and do the tainted Avatar in Kaladim by then we were to tired and outnumbered to finish it.

So finally Sat rolls around we get a grp together rolled the Avatar.. AHH rewarding I get to place the spirits in their rightfull place and go on my way..WRONG both me and him were running around placing the spirtis back at the same time and a SHIT ton of 71 and 72 heroic bugbears pop and wipe us. OMFG this is the cake of it all.. we finally get the damn cloak... REGEN X and Summoning of one lvl 0 Brell drink of ...here it comes.... 15 regen out of battle... OMFG the UBERNESS. It's not even real Beer to get in game drunk; what a bunch of shit.

This is the worst cloak for the hardest Avatar quest and it's also the worst looking Cape of them all, I very much dislike fork toung capes. The ability on this cloak is Bull shit and anyone in their right mind knows it, maybe if I could get drunk once a day it would be better but not by much. Granted we duo'd all of it as lvl 70 Brig and Inq all the way up to the ring event it's still a Crock of shit when everyone else was done in the first day off doing new stuff and still bitching how long their solo quest was I'd wanted to kick their teeth in.

Sadly the weirdest part of all this quest to me is the Tradeskill bit on the Brell tree of abilitys. They are nothing special if you know how to Tradeksill. The ones that love Tradeskill over Adventure usally are Soloist and now if they want these buffs for some odd reason they are just gonna have to group until their done.

I can say on one hand Thanks SOE for a decent quest but on the other Suck is Soe for such a shity reward that was not worth the time.

WOW thats just shity. a lvl 0 drink for a lvl 67 req'd to wear the cloak? WTF are they smoking. Time to pull your heads out SoE.

This was a really tough quest. My husband, who plays a Qeynos Zerker, chose this as his god.

In seeing what some of the cloaks are having, stat wise, I began to realize that it's the miracles and blessings that are worth the quest effort. Not the cloak itself. So now when you loot that crap treasured that isn't worth selling on the broker, you can sacrifice it to your god and actually GET something out of it.

My only complaint is that they should have kept the Gods race specific like they did in EQ1 because clearly, a lot of the evil gods are for tanks.

Although I think Brell is one of the better tank Gods if they would fix the Mitiagtion curve. with both a 10% to armor and a quick Mit buff w/ 30% grp heal can help out more so in a raid tank situation. however yes and I know of a robe that dose 200 point ward for 12 second 1.8 a min anytime you attac which is much better then the POS robe from brell.. The biggest kicker is the robe is only in the 30's. I'll say it again Itemization in EQ2 is for shit.
