Frankly, I'd not promote any of the Devs to Senior Producer. I don't want to see them leave a post they've been doing a great job at. Silver, Illu, Aeralik.. they've got skills for coding, not putting up with corporate bullshit which is a LOT of what Scott's job is.

For example: The team that makes the launcher is not part of the EQ2 team. The team that does the Eq2players site is a different corporate entity. The Team that does the server management/operations, again a different team.

Anyone else ever work for a big corp with different entitites? Getting "buy in" for new projects is worse than pulling teeth.

What we need is someone with photos of the managers of the other teams performing unspeakable acts with endangered species. THATS someone who will be able to get results.
