A cop is not CS. There's the rub. I used to do call in cancels for the company I sold for, in order to try and save the sale. I've been called a LOT worse. I've also managed a fast food joint, and been a server and bartender. Those are all public relations jobs. I had to eat crow EVERY time one of them was mad. Its what being in CS is. You get talked to like shit in order for the company to stay afloat.
