Actually no. I know several people who work in CS and all have the guideline that if the customer gets abusive with their language, they do not have to do a darned thing. They are not required to take people's shit, nor should they have to.

Bullshit, sorry. Having worked in and managed CS groups before, I can assure you of that. If you call somebody names, expect to be disconnected, bumped to the back of the queue, or ignored until you grow up. Learn some respect - it's free, it's easy, and it'll get you miles further than filthy insults and temper tantrums.

Please read this post again. For once I'm not talking out of my ass, CS has been my job several times in several completely different avenues. Perhaps your CS could hang up on people, but by God, I certainly wasn't allowed to. My job was to fix mistakes, not get my feelings hurt.

If anyone cares about my opinion, I wish people wouldn't start threads with titles like FUCK THIS GAME. It just jumps out on the main page and makes us all look ignorant. I'm not going to enforce that, I'm just stating my opinion.
