i got my naming rights taken of my other acc for being called useless'defensive .. and the CS wont answer me how that can be in violation to the naming policy but just links the damn thing when i ask

I read what ya typed m'dear. I am sure there are CS out there who are asked to bite their lip and take it, but many are not and I see no reason why they should have to.

I own a business in the technical service industry and if someone gets pissy, they may feel free to calm down and call back when they wish to handle the issues in an adult manner. Support is a bonus of our services, not a God given right to verbally attack me or my people because they've had a bad day.

And wow, if they flip out like that on the phone, I sure as heck am not going to send a tech to their site in fear for their safety!

In the end, acting like an ass doesn't help them and it certainly doesn't help the CS do their job so it's just better to step back until everyone around can be a bit more level headed.

I wouldn't act like that, only because I know that when I did it, the people who were respectful were given better treatment, however, having Mucho Grande Nachos thrown on me didn't prevent me from giving the person a refund. I just did it smelling like nachos.

I appreciate people who work in the CS industry, but let's be real. This isn't just a CS issue, it's a global problem. If you call a CS rep, your mom, your phone company, the psychic network, whatever, NOONE has to listen to that crap, or sit around be insulted like that. I find it ridiculous to think anyone would spend 1 second listening to that.

A CS rep is there to help, if possible, not to be a verbal punching bag. And, if you want help from a CS rep, it is in your best interests to be on your best behavior, not some 8 year old throwing a tantrum .

Now, the analogy with the policeman wasn't the greatest, but yo can get the drift. A better analogy with the DMV office, and when you stand in front of the CS rep waiting to answer questions and maybe help you get a license, try that wild rant, and see how it works out for you. Likely, they'll toss you in jail, and you'll have some guy a few hours later going, "Hey EQ2 boy, I got a quest to turn into you."

It does blow when this game crit/LDs people on important fights. In this case, the problme amplifies due to the req needed. I don't see much hope in this being fixed by CS but if it does, be sure to post and allow us to be awed in the glimmering light of hope.

Your bosses were pussies then. When I worked HP Pavillion support lines back in 94'-95', if anyone got angry and raised their voice or insulted us in any way we would first give them a warning, second time we being writing a CS ticket on the irate customer, next time we would hang up the call. When they called back and thier number popped up they would be directed to someone else other than CS. No CS has to put up with that kind of crap.
