"You account has been suspended please contact blah blah blah for further information"

When you're suspended you'll get that message as you try and long in, usually when you're suspended GMs won't contact you explaining why nor will they answer it through e-mail support or in-game support. You'd need to call them.

When you're banned you'll get a similar message except it just says your account has been banned. A GM will send you a copypasta letter giving you the low-down and saying exactly why you'd been banned, then they give you a phone number you can contact them for an appeal.
