What appears on the login screen? I think my account has been banned.

It says:

Error:

The Operation has timed out.

When I go to log in to the EQ2 Station Website it says:

Error Code: error.authentication.retrieval.fail

They contacted the other account on my the credit card about "Misconduct Ingame", didnt contact me once.

I was two boxing a character in Living Tombs and apparently I was reported as being a bot.

What the fuck sony. If it is banned, what do I do? I am 100% not in the wrong.

Or it could be the login servers had issues for a few minutes and you jumped the gun! It'd say your account was suspended if you were banned.

Really? Yeah true but I kinda thought I would banned if my dad was contacted regarding misconduct ingame.

Epi I've had that message before on my accounts. I have a good feeling you are not banned but that there is a problem with the login server. The server where I play now, Crushbone, regularly has that problem.

If you were banned I think when you got past the patcher you would probably see a message stating that your account is banned. Or possibly as you would try to access the patcher.

There is a phone number for SOE customer support. If you need it please reply and I will post it so that your dad can call SOE CS in San Diego.

Not that I do anyone wrong, I just seem to get caught in the wrong place a the wrong time.

If you account was banned the first thing you'd see after you typed in your account info would be something to the effect of...

"You account has been suspended please contact blah blah blah for further information"
