I have no prep work. I have comissioned several different crafters to make my potions / cures / whatnot and I just mail them plat when I need stuff, they mail me back potions. Most times I don't even ask, it just appears in my mailbox and I pay them accordingly. Arrows and food / drink are the same way - I have a different crafter on each item so they don't get burnt out. Most times though I order potions / cures 500 or 1000 at a time, so if I had one crafter doing it all they'd make a boatload, but be crafting all day just for me.

So, as long as I've kept up on paying all my various crafters, I have 0 prepwork. I spend 5-10 minutes in my bank after each raid to refill what I've consumed, and move on.

(And I'd fully sopport killing nill crystals - they seem like a major pain in the ass for no real reason.)

I don't think the OP gives 2 shits about how everyone runs their potion/arrow/adornment businesses to keep themselves all ready to rock n' roll...

Actually, I don't think the OP gives a damn about anything much more than getting Nil farming euthanized (& rightfully so)... like I said, rhetorical thread.

I disagree, I was curious if there were people out there that commissioned things the way Lucutious does. It does seem most efficient and least costly overall. I just buy what I need off the broker aside form the crystals. Making friends with numerous crafters to spread your shopping list around is a great idea and hopefully others are finding some of this useful as well.

And yes, my goal is to expose Nil Crystal farming as a disadvantage no other class shares, to shore up support against crystal farming, and hopefully get noticed by a dev that cares to help. Having a purpose doesn't negate the point of the thread, and that is to learn what people go through before raids... be it slaughtering a goat and offering it to Tunare in the hope of good loot drops, or making out with you mom in the locked basement... thats just creepy aduros. <its a joke, laugh>

I spend one hour before each raid to make food, fucking annoying if you ask me. Any dev care to help?

LMFAO that made me laugh and think of the wow southpark episode.

Back on topic, as a wizard just make sure I've got some INT drink and food, make sure i've got 20 of each cure pot that I may need, and 20 of the +78 INT potions or the crit ones depending on what I feel like. I typically do all the above several hours before and park at the zone in spot unless it is a weekend then I don't bother since I will most likely be playing up until raid time.

I'll /vote against Nil crystals too as it sounds very annoying.

you mean you are a warlock who doesn't farm for money and thus doesn't get the billion nil crystals you need for raiding easily? Grats!

I love how you just brush off what other classes need to do by just saying buy the shit we need off the broker?! Money doesn't just fall into our pockets by hailing the broker you know...

If you want the best shit out there it's not cheap, especially those 10minute foods that are so fun to farm the raws for. I can imagine the costs for rangers spiralling rediculously high also and that kind of money doesn't just appear out of no where!

Ya, I sure am glad I did the good side Bloodlines quests instead of the evil side, the evil side expendables suck ass. The good side tank expendables are also very useful in pvp.
