I like the variety of things to do in the game. But, by far. The community and people I play with. I started playing with some IRL friends, we formed a guild which later broke up because of a dickhead "friend" having more power then he should have and kicked the leaders alts and shit out of the guild, he also took some plat (all) out of the guild bank. Which he did return, but seemed like a dumb move on his part. I heard that through someone else as I couldn't see the guild log since I disbanded all my characters.

After that I was guildless and kind of grew bored of the game. I did eventually join another guild and made some new in game friends. If it wasn't for that I would have quit a long time ago.

If raiding didnt exist I would have quit when I hit the level cap. For me, leveling up is just a necessary chore. I only quest for items to use in raids and I only group to make cash to buy the stuff I need for raids. For me the game should be called EverRaid because I got bored of the rest of the other stuff very quickly. I cant see myself ever getting bored of raiding.

Raiding is fun at first, then a good way to keep in touch with some friends I've made over the years of playing several different MMOs. EQ2 is also a chatroom with nice grafics .

(It's also a good excuse not to learn for uni, at least better than doing the laundry, wasshing up, cleaning the windows, shoppping, watching trash on TV etc.)
