I just discovered the eq2flames forums really and so far loving them. But I am gonna link this post from one of my old guilds (was part of them in WoW, neot eq1 or eq2) forum. Anyone who raided hardcore tier 5 remember Ardent Legion, this post here is made by one who most olschool raiders should be familiar with. And it totally sums up my impression of SoE, granted I haven't raided hardcore since the days of tier 5, but afaik nothing has changed. Enjoy (the 6th post on Page 3):

P.S I am gonna argue that Ardent Legion didn't ww first Darathar, Malus Dei did :D

Malus was a good guild. They busted their butts to get the prismatics. I joined later, but it was a good group of people.
