To be honest, I could only find it on an alt in Qeynos. I never could find it in Freeport.
Is it even in Freeport?

Last year it started in North Freeport over near the Thieve's Way entrance. Not sure if it's the same this year, I haven't been able to log on yet. Internet problems ftl
