Re: Powerleveling?
Well, I did it solo mostly, 9 days 11 hours played, spent about 100p. Wizard, and had 125 AA when the clock stopped.
I doued a bit with a Conjy 65-75, and either soloed or grouped up a bit for the remainder.
I suspect multi-account mentoring shenanigans ill get it done in a fraction of that time.

Re: Powerleveling?
Fastest leveling method = detonation tank + a healer.
Even at 70 on my warden mentored to 34 I was averaging around 5-6% per run (with vitality) where we were powerleveling.

Re: Powerleveling?
levelling off the solo questlines has become so quick and easy that it almost doesnt make sense to do it any other way. you actually have to lock combat xp at points to do all the solo questlines if you follow a single linear level path through zones (i.e. DLW->butcher->steamfont->random T5 zone->SS->LFAY->loping->kylong->fens->jungle, etc). not that you'd want to finish these questlines under your example, but just saying.
the amount of time you're going to spend getting AA once you powerlevel yourself to 80 and realize you only have 9 AA from the random disco/named exp and you're completely screwed is going to be GIGANTIC. so much of the power of many classes comes from having a full AA spec, what kind of purpose are you doing this for anyway? no raid guild is going to let you in with shitty AA. what other reason do you need an 80 sorcerer so badly?
believe me, just keep up with mastercrafted gear and a few AD3's, blast through the solo questlines (do it with a mentored down or similarly intentioned scout if you want to make use of their track and DPS to go faster) and you'll be 80 with 120+ AA's before you know it... slightly slower than just straight out powerlevelling, but in the long run MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH faster than grinding out those AA's later

That sounds like a waste of time to grind it out later.

Re: Powerleveling?
I PLed my necro to 70 in about a week and a half during the end of KoS, then didnt touch him until i decided to make him my main just before RoK. When he dinged 70 he had about 48-50 AA just from disco and running retardedly easy quests for the places wherever i PLed, the frist few claymore quests, as well as about 20 collection quests.
I have done about 90% of the quests in RoK, and from these alone I am up to 107 AA, so ignore people who say you will be at 9 AA at 80. These last 30 or so AA are going to be an annoying grind, but ripping through all those quests and HQs you skipped is SO fast when the mobs are grey and not many people are camping stuff anymore. I did Wondrous inventions, Reaching blade, and J boots in a couple hours the other night and got like 3 AA...not to mention all the disco for J boots since most of those maps were black, lol...
i would suggest PLing to 70 and then grinding solo quests 70-80 because you will get more XP and hour 70-80 this way by far...there is not much safe heroic content in RoK that is ideal for PLing, but pre-RoK there is. If you want suggestions on how to PL 70 efficiently, send me a PM, but mentoring and questing is definitely not the way to go.

Re: Powerleveling?
/shrug Before I quit the game, I respecced to Melee and PLed my husbands templar from 10-30 in about an hour and a half. Because I could take a hit, I could beat ass, and heal myself, it didn't take very long at all.

Maybe I'll post a video of what one of these runs looks like (about 2 minutes of fighting) when my friend reactivates his other account.

Your tolerance for releveling a reroll of the same class far exceeds mine. I lost the stomach for my rerolled swashy (to dark elf) shortly after hitting 40.

Re: Powerleveling?
Yes well, i am not sure I came out of it entirely unaffected, I did it all in haze of rage and vein bursting hate, no-one can go through that unchanged.
But what was a Barbarian wizard to do? What was/is your original Swash?
