I'm returning to eq2 with some friends after a long break. After looking through the forums, was putting together what this nOOb thinks would be the ultimate foursome. Thoughts from the pro's would be kewl...

Zerker- great burst/AOE/melee DPS, good aggro (played one and loved it)
Swash- AOE melee DPS, Melee debuffs, grp invis (?)
Illy- power regen, mez, DPS, grp melee buffs (?)
Inquis- plate hlr (a +), melee DPS, reactive heals (maybe switch for fury?)
Group # 2
SK- life taps, nukes, good DPS, AOE DoTs (?), bad agro (?)
Warlock- insane AOE DPS, agro stealers (played one to 30's)
Defiler- don't know 2 much about defilers, but heard they rock w/ SK/Lock combo
Coercer- power regen, mez, charm, stuns (maybe switch for an assasin w/ hate transfer to the SK?)
Thats what i thought of. I think grp 1 is a melee power house that will play of each others abilities. I'm wondering if the Inquis's reactive heals will be enough for REALLY hard mobs. Should we go w/ different healer (fury maybe?)
Grp 2 SK/Lock/Def(?) all plays off of each other too i think w/ disease dmg. My only concern is will the SK be able to hold agro from the Lock? Assassin or Troub better than Coercer to help aggro control?
Any thoughts on these, switches, or totally new groups would be a big help.
