Except you got your SotL lockout reset when you failed to clear it in 12 hours and the servers were coming down.

why the fuck shouldn't devs be allowed to join raid guilds? who are you to decide what they can and can't do? this is their game, they put more into it than anyone else, why should they be limited in how they play? if they give away strats, sure it sucks, but they fucking programmed the fight, i think that making the strats available to their guild is a fair trade off for that. maybe you disagree, i can respect that, so i'd say let them do whatever the fuck they want, but don't let them give out stuff that normal players wouldn't have access to (Strats, items, reset lockouts, etc...).

personally i don't see the big deal with getting a ww 1st kill. oh wow, you managed to kill something that's probably been killed a couple times already during testing and will be on farm status in a couple weeks because it really isn't that hard to kill if you know what you're doing. gratz. now you have access to equipment that will make that fight even easier next time, thus leading to bitching about how easy encounters are and resulting in you getting bored a month or two into the expansion, whereas everyone else who took their time will have something to work towards right up until the next expansion. yay, sounds like fun. being the first to beat every raid in an expansion is also being the first to get bored with it.

p.s. im sure im going to get flamed for that last paragraph. bring it.

Well that was a pretty long read...

I agree 100% with the OP and every arguments on that line.

I really really want to point out that, im sorry, Aeralik, i dont have any other example, but everyone know you play an assassin.. and tbh... you must have the best dps ROK special... it's hitting easily for 14-15K, EVERY MINUTE.... seriously..... what the fuck is that...

And i know wizards IN or Bolt of Ice hit for 15-20K+ every 30 or 45sec.. but they dont have 2 weap that crits for 4-5K each, so yeah...I am TOTALLY out of the OP but.. assassin really got the nicest ROK ability, dps-wise.

Bottom-line point is.... I want a dev that play a swash.... anyone outthere play one? it's pretty obvious that the answer is No. If the answer is yes, the devs who play a swash is a moron because how can he let someone give the class he play a rescue... who wasbroken since day 1 of beta. anyway... im off topic but i just wanted to say that somewhere.
