Apples to oranges my friend.
Those walk-throughs had to come from somewhere, and there's plenty of raid strats online, including write-ups and videos.

Now wipe your eyes Chris Crocker. Next time you feel like posting in my thread do so like a man, with some dignity. No need turn on the waterworks, like its that time of the month.

/thread
I can't see that pic from work, so I do'nt know what it is....however, I'd assume it's some sort of symbol as to your immense wit. Its not a conflict of interest, because they recieve no real life gain from it. You can claim all day that I'm crying, but then again, I didn't start this thread because my ass was hurt....that was you.

False. I stated numerous times why this poll was started, feel free to actually read through next time instead of jumping to conclusion (I feel as tho we've had this discussion before). Sadly, my guild "----------" has yet to reach the contested phase.

Let's just use some common sense.

What are (hopefully) SOE goals when they release a new expansion?

Well I'd say one of them is definitely to have their new content to last as much as possible, and entertain their playerbase as long as possible. They want the major quests to be finished as late as possible. They want their major raid mobs to stay alive and resist to the best players as long as possible (without being broken or because of the lag for example).

Why would they want that? Because that would mean their expansion is a success, it's as simple as that. If that's not what they're aiming at for their MMOs, no wonder they failed for a lot of things in their games. Your stuff is supposed to last for many months or people will leave.

Now with this in mind, and regardless of your previous opinion about the main topic, wouldn't you think that:

- any dev giving any kind of advantage to any kind of player against his own designed content, is most likely retarded, and is basically hurting his own company as well as a part of his playerbase by possibly killing any competition in a part of the game where competition could be the most important thing?

If you don't think that, you're as retarded as this dev. And if, as a dev, you need to do any kind of testing on a live server, it means you failed at doing your job, because of your incompetence, OR because your company sucks and didn't give you the time and possibilities to finish your work.

In the end it sucks for everyone.

Now I'm not attacking any one at SOE or even SOE itself since I have no proof of them doing it, but I sure hope they don't do that kind of shit as it also hurts them and it would be plain stupid.

End of my post.

a short responce to the person who keeps saying that there is more to this game than the end game for the ppl in the end game there is nothing else and that is pretty much the end of the story on that.

Maybe they need a hug, and a map to find all the parts they skipped or ignored to get there.

After reading This thread I would like to retract my statement. It's clear the devs have been in no way shape or form, providing inside information to further the progress of their guild.

someone really needs to leak this to like G4TV or something...expose the problems..bad publicity forces resolve/change to win back the masses. Sony's rep is already hurting due to console hits. They won't let more negative attention come there way publicly. So yeah, I suggest an email from LFG to G4 to crack this open.
