I've said it once, and I'll say it again. The day SOE makes official RMT transactions possible in any form like Station Exchange on the non-SE servers, or allows it through a licensed 3rd party seller such as the one linked by the OP, is the day I cancel my accounts and never again play a SOE game.

This would totally destroy any economy and you'd have to pour in ridiculous amounts of RL money to keep up with the jonses. Paying 20$ / account AUD is more than enough for me thanks.

Personally, I can't wait until LU43 when they bill your account 50¢ per spell used. Then raiding truly will be challenging and expensive. Scott is crazy for leaving EQ2, SoE is on a roll!

RMT is the new wave of gaming. Its been no secret that SOE is hoping to eventually work on their overseas appeal and Asia is big cash that just LOVE RMT.

It won't be right for every game, but definitely some games will benefit from it.

What do I care? My kiddo plays Fiesta for cripes sakes and I happily forked out some RL cash so she could buy in game items.

You guys are all just dumb if you see this as some new gaming shake up. These have been in the works forever and most likely won't touch EQ2.
