Why do you think you'd be able to sell no-trade gear?

You haven't seen the channel spam with all the idiots saying "but it's no-trade!"? They already sell no-trade items for plat. RMT just gives Plat a direct USD value.

Of course this was back in T5 in the orginal game. As for the exchange services I don't care for them one way or another as they have absolutly no effect on my gameplay. Alot of people on here talk like they know what it's like to play on exchange and it's why alot of us from the Bazaar are laughing at them. They have no clue. Our server doesn't have jacked up broker prices (actually things sell cheaper here than I have seen on other servers) We don't have rampent farm squads running around (compared to other servers) And for everyone thinking you can buy your way to the top, every guild on the server is not a fully fabled/mastered top end raid guild. Our top Raid guild on the server, Ethereal Legacy, didn't get what they have off the exchange they went out and earned it like any other top raid guild, with skill. Listening to some of the people here, every guild on this server should be able to buy what we need to gear out just like EL and then magicly aquire the skill to use all of that gear, masters, toons and compete with them. Shit just doesn't work like that.
If you were a new player and had no idea what exchange was and rolled a toon on Bazaar and one on any other server you'd see no real difference in gameplay. The things you'd see is the bazaar has a lower population and lower broker prices.
The best the exchange can do for you is buy you whatever you want off the broker. Go look at your broker and pretend you had the plat to buy whatever you wanted off of it. However that gears you out is the best the exchange will ever do for you. So are you uber now? Are you the envy of every NPU member? BTW in the process of doing this you probally spent over $1000. Was it worth it?
As it is now money will not get you to the top, only skill gets you there.

no one cares why you and the other guy play on an exchange server.. the fact is I and others dont want to play a game where in game dedication to your toon can be replaced with RL money .. period
AND again.. if you buy plat you suck go die in fire(out side SE server). i like being able to say that since it's STILL breaking game rules to buy plat.. if it becomes a norm then im gonna deal with some fuck tard who logs in to play for 5 hours a week or something and cant understan how FUCKING LAME it is to buy plat, and has no clue waht it means to earn plat in game...

Seems kind of extreme.
My first thought is, if you actually feel that strongly about it, you are likely better off not playing whatsoever. I mean, we are talking about a game, last I checked. Now, likely you were making some silly over the top generalization, but you never know.
Of course...my guess is.....if someone offered you 1 million dollars for your in game plat, you send it to them in an instant. An instant.

The guy asked why people played on exchange so I told him my reason for being on an exchange server. Notice that my reason had nothing to do with buy/selling anything.
And since you have an issue with reading comprehension there are people buying plat on YOUR server right now. Matter of fact plat is going for less than a dollar a plat on Crushbone right now, way cheaper than exchange rates.

RMT already exists on your server, cry more please.

yep, right now some do it. And you know what, they are CHEATING. Just like they woudl be even if it were sanctioned. They are cheating themselves out of the experience. How in the world can anyone think it is fun to cheat in a fucking game? What is the purpose? If it isn't fun, why the fuck to they even play? It is this crappy 'get it now' shit that causes people to do it in the first place and now people want it sanctioned.
No thanks.

Re: SOE Licenses 3rd Party RMT Company for In Game Virtual Property Sales
I guess everything I say is irrelevent to some people as they already have it in their head how good RMT is (just like I loathe it). But in the end, this much is certain, if they extend SE type of system to non SE servers, my two accounts will be gone and my money going to someone who DOESN'T support RMT.

Some? You think "some" are the ones making the profits of a billion $ industry? Why do you think plat is cheaper to buy on your server than on an exchange server where it is "legal"? Cause only "some" on your non-exchange server are buying?
Wake the fuck up you dumbass.
The majority of the people around you are "closet" plat buyers. The plat farmers aren't there for fun, they are there for profit and if there are no buyers there is no profit. You don't cut your prices in half when business is just good. You cut it when you are moving it in bulk. That why the exchange prices are double what the plat farmers charge. Cause it's players selling the small amounts they get. Not the work of a room full of malnourished asians grinding plat to feed themself.
Sanctioned or not it is happeneing and you are sitting around with blinders on.
