Adornments disappearing after being applied?

Two weeks ago, I bought a new adornment for a new forearm item that I chose to wear. Soon after applying it, I looked at the piece of gear again and realized that the adornment had disappeared... I was tired, so I assumed I was just crazy, ignored it, and forgot about it.

I recently purchased a Lambent Balanced Strut (today, 19 December, 2007, at 12PM CST), which I immediately applied to my Shield of the Green Dragon.

When I logged in again, just now, the adornment was completely gone. I looked over every slot in my bags and zoned a few times to make sure it wasn't just a glitch. I even linked the item to a few people so they could verify that I wasn't blind...

The adornment is completely gone. This is rather frustrating, as this is obviously a glaring bug, and it might not be a huge deal on a relatively inexpensive adornment, but what if this had been a tier 8 fabled? There's definitely something going wrong.

I had the same problem a few days ago with my neck piece and the dps adorn. I petitioned the problem and after a few tries they got the item with its adornment back to me.

I lost my Leg and ring adorns on the 13th, they replaced em on the 15th

I had a similar situation a couple weeks prior to RoK, petitioned and within 36 hours had the items and adornments in my overflow slot.

Adorned neck piece, logged off, came back it was missing. Took over 48 hours and it was put back into my overflow.

Nice fast reimbursement though, one day!

They had this same problem just after adornments first came out a long time ago. Looks like it's making a comeback, hope they fix it soon!

I lost a DPS adorn last week friday, but they were pretty quick to return it. I've heard of 2 others in my guild alone having an adornment disappear, so hopefully SoE is working on fixing the bug.

I've had two different adorns dissapear. They were quick to replace both within a day or two.

Lost Ring HP adorments, i petitioned the problem but we have no real active gm on our server -.-
