Wilthy'fhore is another last name that will see prompt attention from a gm. I'm thankful they didn't ban the account outright.

Item reimbursement requests were always filled out faster than anything else. Usually, though, it's a "no".

GM Roser is the same dumbfuck who refused to reimburse me for my missing stuff. His supervisor though, was very, very helpful, and made my day.

Bought 4 incaranadines off broker and they never appeared but they took my money, took them 6 goddamn days to even respond, and when it was reimbursed it appeared on me in the middle of a pvp fight in fens, 4p i almost lost, I was pissed!
