Again, I wouldn't advocate a free 80/140. I think that a 50/50 would be sufficient. If you can play one class in EQ2 even semi-well, you can play any and every class to that same ability. Its all button mashing.

Right now it takes less than 2 weeks to achieve 50/50. Advocation of free levels and AA in an MMO, is an attitude reserved for the laziest of players. Just curious, should this toon come with free masters and gear? Since you know, it's so hard and boring to get those too.

That's a pretty large overreaction, DaoC did this (you could do it as many times as you wanted actually) and it worked out just fine for them. You could only do it after maxing out one character.

Actually it's a fairly logical reaction.

Leveling to 50 right now is very quick -> A player asks for a toon with 50 free levels and AA -> I respond that they're lazy by asking for a free pass through 5 tiers of content.

I'm sure this will save a few people $300, instead of purchasing a PLed toon. Other than that, it's just advocating a continual trend of instant gratification.

Well I am 99% sure you can no longer level in this method.

What was happening was that toons would be brought into the zone (note level restriction have been removed, I tried this by bringing a lvl15 into the zone) and they would inspect the corpse by the zone in for the quest. They would then complete the quest by harvesting the shiny, zone out, zone back in and repeat.

Doing this solo would result in deaths here and there, however, doing it with a lvl80 just clearing a mob here or there I believe would of made it safe and effective.

However, as of today when I checked the corpse was removed from zone, or at least I could not find it, so it has probably been fixed.

So please stop pointing your fingers of conspiracy at SoE as it wasn't them who did anything unless one of the devs changed the code intentially to allow low levels into the zone to allow this...

Man, you're fucking dumb. Its not lazy. I've put more than enough time into this game to not have to slowly grind up another fucking toon through mindless quests and stupid tiers of shit in order to enjoy the game. The entire point of 1-20 is learning the game in the first place, there's no longer a reason for me to do those levels. 20-40 are slow, boring, and there are minimal zones to enjoy those levels in. I don't want immediate gratification, I just don't want to be pulling out my hair by level 30 because of the mind-numbing bullshit that is T3 and T4.
