I saw this as well.

This is crazy. Something is totally out of whack because you cant even ENTER Shard of Fear pre-70, yet this guild has found a way to get people to 5-80 in a single day there.

HIGHLY SUSPECT, LOL.

If anyone can even offer an hypothesis on how they could do it, I would like to hear it. Could it be down with some straight up SoE server hacking? But then why so obviously do it purely in SoF?

Is it possible these characters simply transferred over, and Station Players was back-filled with dummy data for things like leveling history?

Yes, it certainly is, but why should that be your first and only assumption when there are plenty of reasonable explanations for inconsistent data at a technical level?

I think if it was any other server then there might be more people jumping on the "It's a technical issue, SOE would never do anything like that!" Bandwagon.
