you are not registered for eq2

this my launchpad tells me when i try to log in. great, so i check station.com and indeed eq2 is listed as "closed". this morning i played my toon, soe took my money for this month already, i never canceled my account - so why is it closed?
of course i get an error message when i try to activate my account, anything else wouldnt be fun. and of course i cant post on the shitty official boards because my account is closed.

a guildmate has exact the same problem and its waiting for us now and hoping some kind of miracle happens, else well still wait till next year...

soe support has come a long way since release 2004 but it still sucks major ass.

They still don't have a 1-800 number. They haven't even broke into the 20th century yet..........

Toll-free numbers are so last century. These days, with everyone using cell phones, there's no reason to bother with the cost of a toll-free number anymore.

this happened to me, turned out they refunded my CC claiming I cancelled the account. So I just re-upped it and it worked fine.

I talked to someone via the live chat feature to resolve it, so even tho they say you dont have an account you can still use the live chat

The price to call a toll free number from a US phone when you are out of the US is cheaper than if it wasn't toll free

I'd rather use a home phone to call a company that I'm going to wait on hold for 25minutes and get the run around, rather than using my cell phone.

Last time I got suspended there was a message telling me exactly that, so I'd presume it's the same for a ban. But no, my account is closed, not banned and as I am a rather quiet person in channels and have my EULA standing next to the bible and the Grundgesetz there should be no reason for banning me and making it appear as a closed account.

Guess I'll have to open a new ticket and give the livechat a try, don't want to find out exactly how much the fee for phone support is when calling from germany...

Ouch.. I wasn't implying just asking the possibility.. It doesn't sound like such after you say it that way..

you wont need your Grundgesetz anymore with our current government rendering paragraph by paragraph obsolete
