Yeah, but I was still able to learn the language. While the intermediate quest won't update, he will still offer the next quest in the series, and that one can be completed, and that is what gets you the language.

yes it's that way for all the language quests right now, i /bugged it last week, hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Ok, I got the language, I guess the aa and coin from completing the intermediate quest is not worth complaining about.

But hopefully the have it on the list of stuff to look at.

Yep happened to me as well but got the language. I hate flying by the emissary and seeing that I have a quest to complete but knowing not really. Oh well.
